We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days.

If you live outside the EU, please allow up to 10 business days due to customs and shipping conditions.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change your order. We aim for fast processing of your order and cannot guarantee that we manage to cancel or make changes in time.

The amount will be reserved when you place the order. We will capture the amount when we have packed and shipped your order.  

For hygiene reasons, KKNEKKi hair ties cannot be returned or exchanged.
