We ship to most countries worldwide. However, there are a few exceptions where we’re currently unable to deliver. You can find the full list of countries we don’t ship to here.

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you live outside the EU, please allow up to 10 business days due to customs and shipping conditions. You will receive an email from us when your order has been shipped. When you place an order on KKNEKKI.com, you should receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder, before contacting us at shop@kknekki.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please note, however, that KKNEKKI hair ties are considered a hygienic product and thus can’t be returned or refunded once purchased. This policy helps ensure the health and safety of our customers.
