What are your shipping rates?
We offer flat rate shipping to all the countries we deliver to. Orders over a certain amount automatically qualify for free shipping. Please see the table above together with estimated delivery time.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, there are a few exceptions where we're currently unable to deliver.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, China, Cuba, Faroe Islands, Fiji, Georgia, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Iran, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kiribati, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Liechtenstein, Mexico, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Nauru, North Korea, North Macedonia, Russia, San Marino, Solomon Islands, South Korea, Syria, Turkey, Tuvalu, USA, Ukraine, Vanuatu, Vatican City, Åland Islands.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you live outside the EU, please allow up to 10 business days due to customs and shipping conditions. You will receive an email from us when your order has been shipped.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
